The Department of Discipline Construction and Development Planning, along with multiple other departments, conducted a joint survey at the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering

On July 5th, the Department of Discipline Construction and Development Planning led a joint survey at the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering, in collaboration with leaders from multiple departments including the Talent Work Office, Academic Affairs Office, Laboratory and Equipment Management Office, State-owned Asset Management Office, and Human Resources Office. All members of the college's Party and administrative leadership, the Director of the Administrative Office, and the head of the Integrated Circuit discipline participated in the survey meeting. The meeting was chaired by Party Secretary Pan Jinbiao.

Party Secretary Pan Jinbiao warmly welcomed the leaders from various departments and expressed sincere gratitude for their long-term support of the development of the College of Physics and Electrical Engineering. Dean Chen Yuanping introduced the basic situation of the college and the challenges it faces to the attending leaders. Cao Dawei, the head of the Integrated Circuit discipline, reported on the construction of the Integrated Circuit discipline and the issues that require strong support from the university.

Huang Ting, Director of the Talent Work Office; Yin Bifeng, Director of the Academic Affairs Office; Chen Haibo, Director of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Office; Dai Yelin, Director of the State-owned Asset Management Office; and Su Jing, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Office, each responded to and explained the difficulties faced by the college during its development. They also provided constructive suggestions for the college's work. Yang Juan, Director of the Department of Discipline Construction and Development Planning, summarized everyone's remarks and pointed out that, as an important development direction for the university, the Integrated Circuit discipline should integrate the faculty resources across the entire university, make full use of the funds from the discipline prosperity plan, actively apply for various projects, expand external resources, and accelerate the construction of the Integrated Circuit discipline.
